Increase technology level through management of knowledge.  Place all educators and students on a common communication medium.

School Districts, Universities/Colleges, Govt, Business/Industry, and Health Organizations working together to provide the very best education.

Increase enthusiasm/motivation in education for Teachers, Students, Parents, Community, All Sectors of Government, Business/Industry, and Health Organizations & Activities.

Increase the flow of current and relevant material.

Articulation, Curriculum, Methodology, & Resource modernization.

Enhance the technological level of Guidance, Counseling, and Careers Network.

Enhance the overall subject of In-Service Training.

Cause all schools and/or training activities to be on the Internet and have their own Internal Web Page(s), both by the year 2000.

Create a better educated citizen.

Continue the experimentation of a Video/Computer Methodology concerning "concept design" for any or part of lesson content.

Decrease alcohol & drug abuse, delinquency, student dropout rate, crime, suicide, boredom through development of new interests, usage, & application.
