the Philippine Islands, and China

          Experimented with PROJECT TRANSITION in Korea and other Asian, Far Eastern Countries, and Islands,  for potential use,
          and as a result acquired a high degree of expertise in foreign affairs in this part of the world
          *Note - PROJECT TRANSITION - Involved Education, Training, Guidance/Counseling, & Job Assistance

     Assisted in Special Projects - Project Dual Flow Concept, for Aircraft waiting to take off  (fuel saving)

Built, Developed, and Operated GER Educational Video, Inc. (a Non-Profit Corp.) which I built video
tapes & discs material to teach absolute core of subject(s) for use in a classroom.  The subject core which
averaged under 15 minutes of tape/disc length,  with a considerable amount of action and entertainment,
raised testing and measurements results of  all students enrolled in the subjects by a phenomenal percentage.
Follow-on tests revealed that selected graduates retained the same material several years later by achieving
(under controlled conditions) the same high scores (92 - 100%) without a second viewing after graduation.

Built, Developed, and Operated NETN on a Bulletin Board System (BBS) - Early 1980's.  Developed 5 Pilot
Sites in 5 States.  Used telephone lines, satellites, and "leap-frog" computer connections to approximately
800 schools across the U.S.  The first "Host" server was in my house on Atari hardware/software for a year;
then transferred to Englewood High School, Englewood, CO on IBM hardware/software for another year;
 and then transferred to the Colorado Department of Education on Apple hardware/software for another two
years.  In 1989,  NETN entered a semi-dormant state because of my retirement from education and faced
with a $12 million dollar per year forecast budget for phone carrier service for NETN

Merged GER Educational Video into NETN

Redesigned, developed, and operated the National Education Telecommunications Network (NETN) on the
Internet in 1998 through a  previous suggestion/request from Vice President Gore, WHITE HOUSE

Conducted Special studies on the subject of systems associated with Air, Rail, & Bus Security for U.S. Government officials

Conducted Special studies associated with Multi-Nation involvement with North Korea concerning U.S. Government officials

Served as President and Vice President of two large Homeowners' Associations, simultaneously
over a several years period of time in the past
